An ideal base for exploring, whether it’s a visit to the Cheviots, the Borders or a short drive to the glorious Northumbrian Heritage Coast, an AONB sprinkled with castles, fortresses and golden unspoilt beaches. Alnwick is less than half an hour away. Excellent walks and golfing can be enjoyed in the surrounding countryside.
